We also used Linda Peyton of Dorrington Realty. Very easy going and professional. No complaints from us and she is easy to work with.

Have to agree with 1Buddy. Doug did a good job for us. We had a severe drop from one of the sides to the other. He was able to disguise it in the backsplash so it looks level.

After ski-leasing via Teri for a couple winters, we used her to make a purchase and were pleased with her knowledge and help. (http://www.mountainresortrealty.net/)

We interacted with a number of agencies when trying to find ski leases and generally were happy with all we interacted with in the community with the exception of one Arnold agency that was very poor with communication and blase about wanting our business.

our culvert is totally clogged with dirt, rocks etc… i just received this message from the county…

The culverts under driveways are the property owners responsibility. Per Calaveras County Code 12.08.310 (B), the property owner is responsible for maintaining the area affected by the encroachment, including culvert maintenance.
does anyone know who can clean out a culvert?
