I asked a similar question a few months back.

Your cheapest route will likely be using Tuff Shed out of Stockton. Give them a call. They can draft you a proposal
that covers permits, slab and garage. With a pretty quick turn around

One person who was a contractor recommended them to me because Tuff Shed could do the work cheaper than he could with his own crew – with good quality.

Once I get the dead and dying trees off my property – I’ll move forward with building my garage as well.
