Yes, I have two Toshiba IK-WB21A cameras mounted in outdoor environmental housings. These cameras are no longer available but there are many, even better, other options available.
When I bought the cameras I was looking for software controllable Pan, Tilt, Optical Zoom as well as high resolution. These cameras have great optics and 22x optical zoom.
